This website not only showcases Jeans paintings, but also acts as a personal electronic aide memoire for her husband, John and an album for any family and friends who may be interested. It also records some of the projects jean and john have undertaken as part of village activities.
Gardening
Jean & John are both keen gardeners, so as well as charting the creation of our present garden dating from 2024, the website also records the creation of our last three gardens including an ambitious past garden project.
Model Railways
John's model railways feature heavily in our house. A large 00 gauge layout set in the 1960's Lake District is currently under construction in a 5m x 3m garden shed. A small portable layout features some very elderly 3-rail Hornby Dublo equipment. A previous G guage garden layout formed the lawn edging in a previous garden.
